The function of the Public Relations Team at Tauber Oil Company is to direct our company’s greatest asset, our employees, to create a customer-focused organization. Our knowledgeable team is enthusiastic in responding to our most important stakeholders, our customers.

We feel the process of maintaining long-standing relationships is based on good relationships. Even though we are in an age of computers, instant messaging, PDA’s and cell phones, Tauber Oil Company appreciates the fact that personal contact, which builds trust and confidence, is a critical component of our business model. Our Public Relations Department specializes in customer appreciation and communication through many vehicles. Several examples of the customer appreciation activities include our Annual Christmas Luncheon, Corporate Customer Outings, and Executive Leadership meetings. Some of our emerging communications activities include the US Buyers Guide, a market inquiry system through our internet web page, and our after-hours emergency paging system.
